Your new role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, responsible for handling sales forecast and business planning for General Trade in Hong Kong
- Responsible for business development of assigned healthcare brands
- Implement and execute sales objectives and strategies for general trade
- Monitor on distributor business and direct sales team to achieve General Trade sales target
- Conduct market research, customer profitability and business review for maximising profit
- Connect with internal & external expertise to do communication for growth of business
- Assist Senior Sales Manager in supervising and coaching the sales team to strive growth of business
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years sale experience in General Trade in the FMCG/ OTC/ Consumer Health industry
- Distributor management experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
- Proactive, self-motivated with passion to overcome challenges
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines, major in business will be an advantage
- Advance use in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
