- Responsible for all finance functions and partner with business leaders to add value to business in Asia.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and analysis to highlight finance/business trends for senior management and headquarters
- Review and improve efficiency of monthly reporting, forecast and budget/planning process
- Cooperate with finance team to strengthen internal controls, policies & procedure and systems
- Liaise with various external and internal parties, including but not limited to auditors, tax authorities and treasury etc.
- Ad hoc projects on analysis and modelling
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / relevant discipline
- Qualified Accountant with HKICPA / ACCA or similar qualification
- Experience of undertaking a SAP or equivalent ERP system migration
- At least 10 years relevant experience including at least 3-5 years experience in the finance team of a listed company or sizable MNCs with regional APAC exposure
- Familiar with IFRS and listing rules
