- Report to Chairman
- Lead and manage entire corporate finance function including fund raising, investor relations and financial controlling of the group
- Partner with top management formulating and executing business development strategies
- Lead annual budget and forecast and prepare management reports to review business performance
- Manage working capital
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies and local standard
- In charge of process enhancement and regularly review existing internal controls
Requirements:
- CPA Qualified
- Over 15 years of experience in listed companies with over 8 years at Head of Finance level
- US listed company experience is a MUST
- Possess strong China experience including PRC accounting, taxation and market capital
- Must speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
