Product Sales Manager (Ventaliation)

Your company
We represent the global leader for the motor components. The position will require to expand global customer base, formulating strategy and developing competitive business area for revenue growth and profitability improvement plus driving sales team to achieve revenue growth and profit targets.

Your new role
  • Conduct market research, competition bench-marking, review with customers and strategic team regularly to ensure products are fit for market needs and trends
  • Develop product road-map for revenue growth and profitability improvement
  • Drive implementation of Standardization and Automation
  • Determine product pricing and propose commercial agreement
  • Introduce new products by developing product information and data sheet to communicate with back-end team and customer
  • Frequent customer visit to ensure the situation is according to strategy

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other related discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in Engineering, Sales, Product Development
  • Experienced in Sales and product development
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Chinese preferred
