This locally owned food & beverage group is well established across Hong Kong is now looking for an Administration Assistant handling office management and facilities management.

Your new role
You’ll be responsible for general administration duties as well as property and facilities management as below:
  • General administration support duties
  • Manage utilities and material needed of the office and factory staff
  • Manage the roaster of cleaners
  • Maintain and monitor health & safety standards of office and factory

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in administration / property / facilities management is needed
  • Previous experience in factory or production environment will be a bonus
  • Good communication skill
