HR Business Partner job for one of the biggest Conglomerate globally to lead all HR projects and initiatives

Your new company
We are currently working with a prominent Conglomerate and as one of the largest organisations globally, they are continuing their expansion plans as they are going through an exciting journey. They are now looking for a HR Business Partner (Mandarin Speaker) to join them and to lead a small team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Group HR Director. Your responsibilities will include working closely with senior management in the region to ensure all aspects of HR are aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and systems for their different entities, provide HR solutions and drive implementation, improve HR management capabilities and upskilling of key personnel including talent management and team development. You will also be a strategic HR partner to drive all HR related strategies and provide advice to the management team on any changes in the statutory Labour Law ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in HR management in Southeast Asia and knowledge of employment laws and regulations in different regions
  • Excellent communication skills (Trilingual – Mandarin, Cantonese and English is compulsory)
  • Possess at least 10-15 years of solid HR Business Partner experience
  • A strong partner to stakeholders and ability to provide advice and support to drive and maintain HR initiatives and programmes
