Senior Manager, HR Shared Service Operations job for a large bank to drive all HR transformation initiatives

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a very renowned bank and they are currently going through an exciting transformation. They are looking for a Senior Manager, HR Shared Service Operations to manage the HR Shared Services Centre and provide full spectrum of HR Support services.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR Shared Service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team covering different functions including HR administration and payroll, HR systems, reward and benefits, resourcing and so on
  • Plan, recommend, and ensure quality and timely HR Shared Service Delivery to the organisation and respective HR teams
  • Provide direction on HRIS development
  • Review and recommend changes to operation and control procedures to ensure efficient operations aligning with Group and Local practices
  • Manage HR Shared Service budget and provide timely and accurate reports
  • Supervise, coach and provide development to team members to drive performance

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple HR Shared Service
  • Commercial and business skills with proven experience in managing budgets and timely and accurate delivery of reports
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels
  • Proven track record of implementation of change programmes and supporting business growth
  • Have strong business acumen, detailed oriented and strategic thinking mindset
