An Office Manager job in an innovative Life Science Start Up in providing technical solution.

Your new company
This prestigious Healthcare Technology company requires an experienced Office Manager to join its dynamic business in Hong Kong.

Your new role
You will be an Office Manager directly report to the Regional Office Head. You will provide administrative support to Hong Kong office including:
  • initiate and implement policies
  • all-rounded office administrative work
  • basic accounting support e.g. simple bookkeeping, office expense etc.
  • any ad-hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 3 year office administration experience with start-up background
  • Able to initiate and implement new policies and regulation
  • Good command in Mandarin and English is a must
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
