Compensation & Benefits Manager job for a large technology organisation to drive all their reward initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a large IT firm and they are currently going through some exciting changes and transformation as they are looking to develop the business. They are searching for a Compensation & Benefits Manager (1 year contract) to join their dynamic team to continually enhance their performance.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Compensation and Benefits. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing full spectrum of Com & Ben programmes, conduct salary market research and benchmark and manage data analysis and propose insights for decision making. You will also design and implement incentive plan, ensure the compensation, drive salary planning and bonus review process, align compensation systems to legal regulations, prepare HR reports as well as manage the payroll process.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies or equivalent
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in C&B
  • You must also be an expert in C&B practices in Hong Kong
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
  • Strong communications and written skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
