A US based solution firm is looking for a regional sales director

Currently, we are in search of a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Asia Sales Team.

Your new role
You would be focusing on new business development and also managing a large portfolio of reputable partnerships with some of the world most well-established clients. You would be ensuring a proper pipeline development across team, to meet short term and long term revenue target. You would also be planning and executing the company’s goal and vision from a top management perspective, whilst managing a team of 10+.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Over 10+ years of B2B sales experiences, with demonstrable sales track record.
  • At least 5 years of Team leading experience
  • Excellent command in spoken Cantonese & English. Mandarin is a bonus!
  • Solid clientele connections across all ranges of industries, ideally from non-FI industries.
  • Demonstrable cross-region team leading experiences mandatory.
  • Aggressive, Analytical and Entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred.
