Legal Manager, Global Operations

Excellent legal opportunity for mid level to senior paralegals who has solid in-house experience!

Your new company
Our client is one of the leading technology company in Hong Kong, involved in big data, cloud computing and information security services. Due to their recent business expansion, they are seeking a Legal Manager with high calibre to join their legal team of five based in Hong Kong office.

Your new role
  • Provide legal advice and support to senior management and different business units on every day business operations
  • Draft, review and negotiate all sorts of commercial agreements, and oversee contract management
  • Liaise and supervise external lawyers in handling commercial dispute cases
  • Monitor corporate compliance with respect to regulatory requirements in the industries
  • Deal with regulators and be responsible to apply / renew license(s)
  • Handle all legal aspects related to data protection and intellectual property laws
  • Provide legal training to internal staffs in need

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor degree in Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years prior in-house legal and commercial experience
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills is is required
  • Detailed-minded and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
