Partnering with a life insurance firm with defined growth plans and diverse platform. With commitment to sustainable and strong risk culture, they are looking for a Manager or Assistant Manager for Operational Risk.

Your new role
You will develop, manage and embed Operational Risk framework and control measures which best reflect the business and regulatory standards. You will support in identifying emerging risks, implement regulatory changes on enterprise risk management and establish ongoing risk processes and controls. You will lead preparation for Risk Management Committee and maintain risk management system.

You will oversight on new initiatives related to operational risk and prepare and assess annual risk assurance monitoring plan. As subject matter expert, you will be informed with risk and regulatory changes impacting overall business.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of risk, audit or governance management experience
• Knowledge of insurance / financial services risk and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrates to be analytical, eagerness to learn and adaptable
• Strong ability to influence and communicate
