VP - Finance (M&A | Listco | Healthcare | Up to 70k)

Your new role
  • Prepare investment proposals for M&A transactions and conduct due diligence exercise
  • Prepare financial models and valuation analyses on deals
  • Participated in transaction execution and work with external parties
  • Prepare finance reports and make recommendations thereon for management consideration
  • Conduct competitors’ report

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder with professional qualification
  • 5 years of working experience with solid exposure in handling M&A or corporate finance, preferably knowledgeable in healthcare industry
  • Well-developed financial modelling skills with strong analytical mind
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
