(Senior) Finance Manager - HK Sales Office

(Senior) Finance Manager - To control the full-spectrum of finance in Hong Kong for sales and trading business

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HK & PRC accounting teams
  • Establish quality and standard for future expansion
  • Prepare high quality of local statutory report, finance arrangement, GL and other related duties
  • Advise and support to the financial team in annual budgeting cycle and lead the day-to-day management of the business unit’s financial functioning.
  • Strengthen the internal control process
  • Coordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure the team performance
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or other recognized professional accounting bodies is advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years’ working experience and with at least 6-year at the management level in HK and mainland China (China Trade experience is preferred);
  • Experience in group consolidation, familiar with PRC accounting and tax practices is an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented, wellness organization, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Interest in people development in knowledge, work and life
  • High competence in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Attention to details and accuracy with strong sense of urgency
