Our client is a world's leading auction house, focusing on categories such as art, design, jewels, watches, photographs and editions. Globally, they focus on seasoned expertise and individualised client service lead collectors to seek guidance on market trends and insights. With conducting auctions in our New York, London, Hong Kong and Geneva salerooms, they hold private sales and crated selling exhibitions around the world
Your new role
You need to answer daily phone calls and email with customers, also to handle several clerical works such as data entry in log sheet and meeting Rooms booking handling. During the auction period, you need to m manage reception counter and provide high quality of customer service to the clients. Services included serving F&B to clients in meeting rooms. You might also need to handle the client account creation and bids registration in system.
Fresh graduates are WELCOME Good customer service mindset Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in other foreign languages
