A leading E-Commerce company is looking for an experienced Call Centre Supervisor and Manager to cope with the business expansion in Hong Kong.

Your new role
  • Assist Call Centre Manager to manage daily operation of the Call Centre (including calls and online chat platform) to ensure quality services are delivered and KPIs are met
  • Drive the team to achieve sales target, improve productivity and service quality
  • Work closely with both internal and external business partners to ensure smooth business operation
  • Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, provide sales training opportunities
  • Prepare reports and analyse call centre data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed
  • 4-10 years of experience in Call Centre environment is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Call Centre Manager
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and work in a dynamic environment
  • Enjoy discovering and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
  • Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and able to professionally interact with clients
