Regional Sales Manager (Biometrics)

Your new company
Our client is powering trust identities of the world's people places and things. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand their team in solution selling to the Governments.

Your new role

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a 5-year sales plan for issuance of identity credentials, both physical and mobile, in the assigned territories
  • Deliver the agreed order intake target each year, and to meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives
  • Collect information and build up a comprehensive picture of the government and competitive landscape in the assigned countries for all target programs (passport, driving license, national ID, voter registration, social security, heath cards and so on).
  • Recommend HID solutions to customers, lead opportunity development, track bid progress, and conduct negotiations to close business.
  • Carry out in-depth assessments of opportunities, and strategies to win them, for internal communication and qualification.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business
  • Around 5 years or more experience selling complex solutions to governmental agencies
  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of sales achievement
  • Possess market knowledge and experience in the citizen identity, public safety, biometrics and closely adjacent markets is desired
  • Must have strong presentation and analytical skills
