Human Resources Assistant (Listed Company, $280k annual)

Our client is looking for a young high caliber to join their team for the business expansion.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Provide administrative support to full range of professional HR service including recruitment selection, C&B administration, employee engagement activities, manpower planning, etc.
  • Responsible for update, review and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures as well as Employee Handbook are compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain and update HRIS and filing system accurately
  • Administer and follow up all work injury cases with relevant parties
  • Take initiative in identifying and executing ideas on streamlining and standardizing HR processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth

What you'll get in return
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
