Our client is the industry leader in the ship management industry with global operations. They are now looking for a candidate with treasury experience to support their accounting team.
Your new role
- Monitor Treasury Operations, including payment, receipt, reimbursement, bank reconciliation, funding arrangement across countries etc.
- Prepare treasury reports and assist in working capital management
- Communicate and liaise with banks and internal departments on banking and treasury issues
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal control and risk control procedures
- Assist system implementation/ workflow enhancement projects when necessary
- Assist in external audit and ad-hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines
- 3+ years relevant experience in Accounting or treasury operation from sizeable company
- Backgrounds in treasury function and knowledge in shipping industry is preferred
- Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Detail-minded, adaptive, willing to learn
- Experience in using Oracle NetSuite / ERP system is an advantage
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Accountant
