Our Client, a reputable insurance firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
- Administrative tasks (Filing, photocopying, email handling, and data entry)
- Daily phone calls to manage events / handle queries
- Update system
- Book meeting rooms / manage meeting rooms
- Handle courier/deliveries
- Client account creation
- Pantry and coffee machines management
What you need to do now
- 1-2 years working experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience working in Hospitality/Reception/Airlines/Client services/Front desk are welcome to apply
- English and Chinese (Verbal and written)
- Proficient in handling emails, MS Word, and basic Excel
