Our Client, a reputable insurance firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks (Filing, photocopying, email handling, and data entry)
  • Daily phone calls to manage events / handle queries
  • Update system
  • Book meeting rooms / manage meeting rooms
  • Handle courier/deliveries
  • Client account creation
  • Pantry and coffee machines management


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience working in Hospitality/Reception/Airlines/Client services/Front desk are welcome to apply
  • English and Chinese (Verbal and written)
  • Proficient in handling emails, MS Word, and basic Excel
