Your new role
As an instrumental member of the business, you will be dealing with Customer Service enquiries using email and telephone calls in English and Chinese. Your emphasis of this job will be on delivering excellent customer service and developing and maintaining working relationships with customers. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work in a team to deliver the best customer service experience for customers.
