An established life insurance company with wide range of service across Asia. For their business progression, they are currently looking for administrator, customer services to be based in Hong Kong.
Your new role
You will handle general email inquiries and phone calls with client/ broker/ related parties. You will need to perform standard customer services enquiries and maintain effective working relationship. You will also support the team for daily operations for maintain and enhance service standards.
What you'll need to succeed
· Over 1 year customer service experience
· Excellent commutation in both Cantonese and Mandarin, fluent in spoken and written in English
· Proficiency in MS
· Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
· Candidate with more experience would be considered as assistant officer, CS
