An Agile Coach job in Hong Kong is looking to expand their agile digital capabilities

Your new company
A leading Insurance Giant is in an exciting phase to change their project delivery strategies from traditional waterfall to agile methodologies. Looking to take on an Agile Coach from a Regional and Local perspective.

Your new role
As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for:
  • Hands on coaching and provide training for project teams to adopt agile delivery mindset while drafting an Agile Operating Model
  • Play a key role in driving Agile adaptation and engagement within the company
  • Incorporate agile methodologies across 18 regions in APAC

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in providing Agile Coaching consulting to various Financial Services
  • Passionate about Agile adaptation within the Digital and Innovation space
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and driving change
  • Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred but not a must
