What you'll need to succeed
- Carry out QA checking activities such as call sample checking, monitoring, analysis of repeated errors, for sales activities for the Bank's Corporate Banking and High Net Worth segment.
- Ensure all control measure are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure
- Provide quality and efficient account servicing and business administration support to the department
- Work closely with the Team Manager to identify and explore the opportunities on streamline workflow design
- Instruct and provide guidance to team members by handling different types of call and customer complaints
- Engage in projects from analysis & procedure to training
What you need to do now
- University degree in a related field of study
- 4+ years of working experiences in the banking QA related to any products, but commercial / corporate / HNW products will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
