Our client is a conglomerate business that runs the sector of retail, petroleum distribution, logistics, shipping, hotels, real estate and etc. With their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a company secretary to join their business. This is a unique opportunity for mid-level company secretary to take up the management role and attain the career progression.
Your new role
- Report to Vice President of Finance
- Handle full range of company secretarial duties onshore and offshore
- Prepare all statutory documents, including but not limited to written resolutions and minutes
- Maintain proper record of all corporate documents and ensure effective filing and retrieve systems for all records
- Ensure the compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle simple bookkeeping and monthly financial report
- Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- HKCGI is preferred
- Bachelor's degree holders
- 5+ experience of company secretarial experience
- Knowledge of compliance and Trust is preferred but not a must
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
