Responsibilities:

- Prepare group flash reports and management reporting
- Perform various planning and analyses from time to time as required
- Assist in analysis of variance between actual and flash reports
- Develop and review accounting policies and procedures
- Involved in budgeting process and perform budgetary control
- Support in streamlining the accounting flows
- Assist in system enhancement
- Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related subject with professional qualification
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting; experience in management accounting at group or regional level would be a plus
- Being a team player with excellent communication and organization skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills while being independent and resourceful
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and being resourceful in solving problems independently
- Innate desire to continuously explore, learn, and exercise intellectual curiosity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
