Assistant Finance Manager, FP&A
Our client is looking for an assistant finance manager to support their finance team.
Your new role
- Support the financial planning process, carry out business and financial review on a regular basis
- Work closely with stakeholders on annual budget and monthly forecast
- Provide value-added analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
- Develop business models for management’s decision, and to facilitate financial performance monitoring
- Identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis and / or financial modelling in a medium to large sized organizations
- Knowledge and experience of PRC company’s operation is a plus
- Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
