Assistant Finance Manager, MNC (Welcome Big4)

Manage the full-set accounting operation for an international retail brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team manage the full-set of accounts for the entire retail business across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
  • Prepare annual budget and forecast, and prepare management report for monitoring performance with management
  • Act as a bridge to communicate with HQ, China and Hong Kong
  • Manage Bank Reconciliations, Inter company Accounts among local entities and Inter company Accounts with Group
  • Work cross-functionally with business directors, finance business partners, other points of contact to deliver accurate and timely financial statements and analysis
  • Ensure financial compliance and governance to fulfil the statutory and company requirements
  • Identify and implement improvements across operational finance processes
  • Assist in external and internal auditing
  • Support special projects and ad hoc analyses

Requirement:

  • Open to Big 4 Senior Associate candidates
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Associate member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience gained from sizable retail business
  • Solid knowledge of financial operation process
  • Detail oriented, working independently, and a motivated self-starter
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commitment, analytical, high professional ethics, and business sense
