Assistant Human Resources Manager (Engineering | MNC)

Our client is looking for a high caliber to join their team as a HRBP for the business expansion.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Lead a small team to provide full range Human Resources services with the Share Service team
  • Support and manage key HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, HR policy review & implement, employee movement, termination, and any other HR management areas to achieve the organization’s current and future business objectives
  • Work closely with top management to identify opportunities for maximizing staffing and workforce planning to benefit on overall staff cost management
  • Standardization and simplification of process flow
  • Review of existing tools on documentation and information management
  • Proposal and implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Supervise the daily HRSS operations

What you'll get in return
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years' human resources management experience and 2 years in a senior managerial capacity of core business;
  • Visionary, strong leadership, influencing and management skills;
  • MNC retail background is highly preferred
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
