Assistant IT Manager

A property management group is looking for a Assistant IT Manager.

Your new company
  • One of the largest property management organizations in Hong Kong.

Your new role
  • Manage an internal IT Department and performs IT support, system administration and information security duties
  • Assist in the formulation and maintenance of company-wide IT compliance, information security policies and workflows
  • Assist in defining IT roadmap, project plans/ timeline, and consistently exploring latest technologies that bring benefits to the business
  • Collaborate with external vendors on IT audit activities
  • Manage external vendors/ service providers and review their service delivery performances at times
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects if necessary

What you'll need to succeed
  • Higher Diploma or above in IT/ Computer Science/ relative disciplines; certifications in any recognised IT certifications would be an advantage
  • Holder of project management qualifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • With a minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant fields, and a minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Good knowledge in information security and ideally with hands-on experience in information security control and IT compliance management. Holder of CISSP certification is preferred.
  • Team player, self-motivated, with good problem solving and analytical skills
  • A service-oriented and customer-centric manner
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
