Assistant Manager, Compliance

A multinational insurer is looking for a Assistant Manager for enhancing their internal compliance standards.

Your new company
This multinational insurer has a long standing presence in the insurance sector. Due to increasing complex regulatory requirements, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to strengthen the overall compliance culture and standards.

Your new role
You will work within a harmonious team taking on an important role to support in compliance projects including reviewing company policies, implementing new compliance programs and coordinating compliance training. This role enables you to cover broad compliance exposure including AML, FATCA/CRS, regulatory, product compliance, conduct compliance and compliance risk reporting. You will have the desire to develop a compliance expertise and be proactive in learning and developing your skills.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years compliance experience from financial services sector
  • Relevant experience in insurance would be advantage
  • Preferably exposure in AML, FATCA/CRS
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a motivation to learn as you deliver the role’s objectives.
