A global financial institution is looking for a Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance for sales channels.
Your new company
An esteemed insurer is successfully expanding their market share. With the increase complexity of the insurance regulatory market and the recorded successful growth last year, they are looking for an Assistant Manager to ensure proper regulatory landscape of the sales channel to support the next phase of expansion.
Your new role
You will be the key in aligning business and sales channels with existing and upcoming compliance requirements impacting sales, distribution and products. As subject matter expertise, you will strengthen overall compliance culture through conducting complaints investigations, mis-conducts, compliance reporting and training. You need to have your view on compliance perspectives and in parallel strike a balance for business needs to provide holistic solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3 years+ experience in the insurance or financial services industry with demonstrated knowledge in insurance product knowledge and compliance requirements. A mixture of experience in sales and compliance / quality assurance will be beneficial.
