Your new role
  • Act as the first point of contact between customers and the Bank
  • Lead the team to achieve business targets
  • To lead, control and enhance departmental operation process and all related system flow well and make sure service level of Customer Services Department
  • Ensure the operation processes are fully complied with the Bank’s guidelines and Regulatory requirements
  • Ensure management reports are accurate and clear for performance monitoring


What you'll need to succeed
  • 8-10 years of experience of Branch Operation experience within Banks
  • friendly and helpful character
  • Experience of handling both retail and corporate clients
  • Experience of customer service
  • Experience of policy making
  • Familiar with AML, KYC, CDD
  • knowledge in settlement and remittance
  • Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin
