Business Analyst (45k-55k)
Responsible for driving product requirement with stakeholders and to deliver flexible solution

Your new role
- Working closely with the Operational Product Owner & Development Team to specify high- & low-level requirements for the development team
- Defining personas, process flows, data flows; supporting in the design of User Interfaces & Databases
- Writing user stories & user scenarios for use in testing products
- Helping in change management including the training and roll-out of new products
- understand needs and how best to deliver innovative solutions to meet and exceed expectations
- Communicating clearly and concisely across all levels – across stakeholders and the onshore/offshore development team
- Using data to help with decisions particularly around requirement prioritization
What you'll need to succeed
- Analytics mindset, and ideally familiar with:
- Or Advanced Excel skills
- Or MySQL, Oracle and ElasticSearch.

- experience working in the shipping or aviation industry is a huge plus
- The ideal candidate has experience with:
- Working within Digital Delivery Teams and familiar with the development of software.
- Worked successful in an Agile Team before, either following Scrum or Kanban.
