Business Analyst (digital 20k-35k)
Support the development and execution of new Software as service product concepts
Your new company
My client is a well-known technology & business consultancy in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Support project management on requirements, specifications, timeline, pricing and go-to-market activities, balancing agile product iteration, costs and agile speed to market
- Translate client requirements for UX/technical teams to develop functional prototypes and wireframes
- Understand, analyse and document product features and requirements
- Produce project presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Design user journey for initial product ideation and conceptual development, and work with hypotheses and experiments to better understand the users
- Document project status, decisions, notes, risks and issues
- Perform market and customer research with gap analysis
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2+ years of experience in a Business analyst role
- Project management and/or similar, related experience with a track record of delivering high quality results
- Strong written presentation, including technical writing skills
- Strong verbal communication, including stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in delivering results for external clients
- Excellent English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese written and spoken skills
