Business Analyst Manager - Financial Services

An asset management firm is looking to restructure their PMO, to take on a new Business Analyst Manager.

Your new company
A well-known asset management firm is currently shifting their focus on customer-centric projects, looking to restructure their PMO. Taking on a new Business Analyst Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As a Business Analyst Manager, you are responsible for:
  • Evaluate new digital /IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or business processes, system and industry standards
  • Act as subject matter expert in a scrum team, interact with and support enquiries from internal users and scrum team members for improving the understanding on user stories and thus the quality of deliverables
  • Define, improve and maintain best-in-class business analysis practices
  • Supervise day-to-day BA management issues, mentoring/coaching of junior business analysts
  • Be the agile catalyst to coach various stakeholders and adapt to agile working approach

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven delivery record, running multiple projects simultaneously that involve digital/process change and technology enhancements
  • Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in business analyst and project management experience in financial industry
  • Experienced in Agile methodology of project delivery
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
