A large US consumer products company is looking for a Business Development Executive in Hong Kong.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Develop and maintain a rapport with distributors (and key retailers, as needed) of assigned territories to maximize growth.
- Manage effective communication with all external parties professionally and efficiently.
- Negotiate and achieve annual sales budgets with distributors.
- Conduct periodic business meetings with distributors.
- Assist in planning and conducting annual sales meetings- create and align goals for upcoming year with sales partners.
- Assist in business development at all relevant channels with special focus on Key Account.
- Assist in the launch and successful integration of new products and categories into existing and new distribution channels - online and offline.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to protect brand equity.
- Provide regular reports on competitive environment and status of sales volume.
What you need to do now
- Bachelor degree required.
- Prefer minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in consumer products industry.
- Experienced in managing distributors and e-commerce partners
- Strong analytical skills.
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Strong Microsoft Applications skills (EXCEL, PPT).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
