Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and excesses customer requirements as well as to and attain company growth objectives.
Your new role
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to capture business opportunities in BMS & ELV
- Engage in various sales activities to sell all service products to existing customers and develop new accounts to meet business targets in the Commercial and Government sector
- Manage service daily operations in the territory to ensure service delivery in good quality
- Identify, evaluate and manage risks, ensure compliance with company and industry policies and local regulations
- Coordinate and support the activities of all business function operating in the territory
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Mechanical or electrical Engineering or similar
- Above 6 years’ experience in sales or business development, E&M / BMS / ELV industry preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Good spoken and writing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
