A stable FMCG company is looking for a Channel Sales Head to look after the HORECA team

We are a well-kown FMCG company who dominates in the APAC market for half decades. They are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to manage the HORECA team

Your new role
  • Formulate sales and promotion strategies for HORECA channels
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies in the designated channel
  • Take lead to negotiate contracts and promotion with the distributors and retail key clients
  • Managing sales team and set target
  • Monitoring the sales performance
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and smooth sales operation and implementation

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 7 years of related field sales/channel experience
  • Solid experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Must have lead a big team before
  • Good analytical skills and attend-to-details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and analytical skills, flexible and result-oriented
