Your new role
As a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted with handling international claims service. You’ll be required to liaise with service provider and hospital administrators for emergency services and pre-authorization management. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to other members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed

- Previous relevant experience within professional practice
- Excellent understanding of both group medical and health insurance
- Experienced in handling claims and dealing with services providers / TPA operations
