Your new role
The Client Delivery Executive will be accountable for managing the delivery of contracted outsourced services such as business process and information technology to clients.
One of the biggest account is a large telecommunications company.
• Serves as the primary point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Ensures SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
• Ensures that implementations and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements by maintaining tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
- A proven track record in effective communications, managing service delivery and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience working in Onsite Field Services including project related activities in large multinational organizations. Ideally 10+ years of experience.
- Proven experience working across multiple countries in Asia Pacific including: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Particular focus working in South East and North Asia.
- Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
- A sound understanding of the field services and onsite support service market, and an appreciation of evolving technologies, innovations and industry trends. Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services, network operations, infrastructure and data center environments.
