Your new company
Our client is a fast growing storage company in Hong Kong that providing door-to-door storage services, aim to provide better and more convenient self-storage service options than traditional facilities and units. They are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager.

Your new role
  • Monitoring & coaching a Client Service team to handle customers’ enquiries & complaints through hotline, email, and WhatsApp
  • Provide excellent proactive client service to existing and potential clients
  • Plan and implement new CS process on a need basis
  • Ensure consistency across interactions between clients and company
  • Grow business relationship with existing clients
  • Liaise the Operation team for logistics arrangement
  • Lead a small team and motivate team members to achieve and maintain high level of client service
  • Lead the CS team in helping the company maximise sales opportunities and maximise client retention/ up sale
  • Responsible for internal operation guideline and procedure manual
  • Provide incident report and review with team leader for improvement and development
  • To provide support for projects of system enhancement
  • Coordinate software development for client and customer service use cases

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 8 years working experience in client service (Team management experience is preferred)
  • Be resilient and demonstrate that you can take on challenges and deal with it
  • Understanding the important of process and documentation and able to maintain that successfully
  • Handle complex client situations and resolve them to the satisfaction of client and company
  • Independent and can work under pressure
  • Enjoy discovery and taking on a diverse set of tasks and challenges
  • Excellent in the interpersonal skills and are fluent in English
