CS Admin - Reputable listed Financial Service Firm (Up to 22k)

A customer service administrator job providing quality user support and troubleshooting advises.

Your new company
You’ll be working for a Hong Kong based financial institution who is looking for a IT helpdesk/ customer service admin. The company offers a supportive work environment where career progression and development are actively encouraged.

Your new role
  • Identifying customer needs and handle incoming service requests, incidents(problems) via phone, in person, remote control or email, ticket systems, etc.
  • Record calls into the call logging system
  • Follow up the tickets status and coordinate with on-site support teams.
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assign.

  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Good team player
  • Basic/relevant IT knowledge
  • Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure
