Due to their strong determination to expand, they are looking for a passionate candidate in the provision of excellent customer services and operational duties.
Your new role
As one of the key members in the customer service team, you will be providing customer service support such as handling enquiries through telephone calls and emails. You will deliver quality service and ensure high quality service standard. For a smooth operation flow, you will also provide administration supports such as handling ad hoc projects and assignments in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least one year of customer services experience
- Fresh graduate with good communication skills will also be considered
- High level of proficiency of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Outgoing and great interpersonal skills
- Passionate in offer best-in-class customer services to customers
