Our client is one of the leading international financial services provider. For their business expansion, they are now looking for Senior Customer Service Officer to join their team in Hong Kong.
Your new role
You will handle all external enquiries from agents, clients, business partner etc,. and ensure to provide quality service. You also need to handle customer complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated, follow through and settled up to customers’ satisfaction. You will need to support operations projects such as system, campaign, or product launch.
What you'll need to succeed
What you need to do now
- More than 1 years relevant experience in customer service/ call centre, would be an advantage with banking/ insurance experience
- Able to work under pressure and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and self motivated, independent
- Proficiency in both written and communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Candidate with less experience/ fresh graduated would be considered as officer/ assistant officer
