Your new role
You will be working as one of the key members in the Customer Service team, who strives to deliver the best customer experience through answering enquires via phone calls and emails. Your will be responsible for delivering quality services. As part of the day to day duties, you will also provide administrative support, such as timely completion of ad hoc projects and tasks, to ensure a seamless operating flow.
What you'll need to succeed
- Customer service phone banking experience are preferred
- Candidate certificated with HKSI will be a bonus
- High level of proficiency of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Outgoing and strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate in offer best-in-class customer services to customers
- Public exam Maths, Chi, Eng passed
