Deputy Head of Operation, Chinese Corp Bank

A Chinese Corporate Bank is looking for a Deputy Head of Operation to look after a small team
Your new role
  • Direct reporting to the head of operation, lead a small team of Banking Operation Supporting function in Bills, Payment, Settlement and Account Opening etc.
  • Lead process improvement and system enhancement for the related operation functions.
  • Prepare, analyse and obtain MIS/feedback on all key service standards.
  • Provide support to the Head of Operation.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10+ years of working experiences in Corporate Banking Operation with 3+ years of supervisory experiences
  • Strong knowledge in local payment processing
  • Strong knowledge in payment and settlement systems such as SWIFT, RTGS, CMU and Alipay etc.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin. With Chinese input skills will be a plus.
