Currently at expansion phase, this organisation is seeking for top-tier talent to lead life distribution operations initiatives to enhance technology, products, sales processes, and campaigns.

Your new role
Working with the Distribution Department, you will be responsible to bring the organisation’s tech projects, products and process standards to new heights. You will lead project initiatives such as process enhancements and product revamps will be a key focus. Due to the ever increasing changes within product details, distribution and procedures will be a key area of concentration.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for this position will have at least 10 years of insurance projects, product and distribution knowledge, with a specialisation within sales management, sales processes and product management. You will possess a solid understanding of Life Insurance products.

Candidates will less experience will be considered for Senior Manager.
