Your new role
As the Director of Customer Strategy and Experience, you will play an instrumental role to design and implement both online and offline customer strategies. With your experience, you will lead the team to deploy tactics to drive customer experience and digital engagement across the GBA market. You will utilise your expertise to drive excellent customer experience and loyalty, working with cross departments ensuring synergy to drive business leads.
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid experience within the financial services on driving customer strategies
- Passionate in building long term success with the company
- Strong knowledge with the GBA market
- Track record in building successful customer experience framework
- Competencies in working with senior stakeholder and external vendors
- Ability to drive strategic direction as well as transformation projects
