Your new role
  • Directly support the head of Transaction Banking, you will be mainly working on the enhancement of the bank's internal operational channel as well as the service delivery related digital platform.
  • Act as a business user to provide feedback and initiate change ideas for the improvement of relevant channels.
  • Provide gap analysis on the operational channel and directly drives changes with different stakeholders such as PMs, System experts, Compliance etc.
  • You will also assist in the monitoring of the bank's client onboarding team, and provide process analysis and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • You will be expected to adopt regional implementation model and adherence to the end-to-end implementation process to ensure timely and seamless implementation and best customer experience
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership team to ensure quality sales handover and new capabilities for successful and timely implementation.
  • Rolled out Transaction Banking initiatives across the business to enhance best client experience on using company's platforms/services

What you'll need to succeed
  • 15+ years of relevant working experiences in Transaction Banking in project management and client experience enhancement.
  • Bachelor Degree in the related field.
  • Customer-centric and great passion for ensuring excellent customer experience throughout customer journey
  • Strong in conceptualising the big picture, prioritisation, and connecting dots across business to initiate development of impactful solution
  • Knowledgeable of latest market trends and landscapes on ecommerce, payment technology, FinTech and key markets players in Asia
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin.
